Module 8: Risk & Ethics
Unintended consequences occur after the implementation of a solution. Often problem-solvers find themselves wishing they had anticipated these consequences before putting time and resources into the solution. This process of anticipating consequences and accounting for/preventing them is known as risk mitigation. It is important to consider the ethical implications of solutions and their risks. Problem-solvers must thoroughly consider the ethical implications of their decisions.
