Module 5: Problem ID Strategies Part II
In this module students continue exploring the problem identification stage of problem solving. This time learning a powerful technique called reframing. Students will learn how the Statement-Restatement and The Duncker Diagram reframing techniques can pivot their focus to different parts of the problem scenario. Reframing techniques are particularly useful when the initial problem statement is too constrained and focused on the wrong part of the problem scenario.
